We accept exchanges on selected items.
• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition.
• No traces of smoke, perfume, pet hair, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear.
• Underwear, pajamas, lingerie sets, socks, and tights are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
• Buyer must contact us prior to sending the item back to receive exchange instructions.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways (return shipping and shipping of the exchanged item).
• Exchanges are only accepted for the same product in a different color. We do not exchange for different styles or items.
