Determining your size is very simple, just know the main parameters of the figure - chest, waist, hip and height.
Chest girth is measured at the armpit level on the protruding points of the chest.
Waist girth - at the narrowest point of the torso (to find this place, tie the waist with a lace or thin tape).
Hips girth - on the protruding points of the buttocks (usually located at a distance of 18-22 cm from the waist). In all cases, the measuring tape must be parallel to the floor !!!
